This week is about research.
I wanted to come back and spend some time finding new wineries and
collecting information about them. I
also wanted to revisit some old stops that I may have panned in the past,
giving them a second chance to impress, now that my palate is more refined and
trained. Since most of those are in Napa
Valley, I’m hoping I brought enough cash for the privilege of the
experience…sigh.
